Tonight we honored former NCHS coach Ed Watson, who started, with the help of NNHS coach Al Harris, the Naperville Invitational in 1998. The Tournament will now be the Ed Watson Naperville Invitational. We have also added the Al Harris Fair Play Sportmanship Team.

The Redhawks won their final game in pool play of the Ed Watson Naperville Invitational by defeating Oswego 3-2. Bella Brozek had 2 goals and Emma Russell had the third. Assist by Nicole Smith and Becca Ruggiero. Redhawks play Thursday 5pm in the stadium against Minooka.

Redhawks defeated NVHS 4-3 in OT. Scoring started by Brozek on an assist by Ruggiero. It was 1-1 at half. In the 2nd half, Brozek scored again from Russell to tie it up. Then Ruggiero scored to tie it up with 3 min left from Saycek. In overtime, Kane scores the golden goal.
